What is the best part about your compensation package?

THE ABILITY TO TAKE CARE OF MYSELF MEDICALLY

Review from Finance Dept · Posted a month ago

Flexible vacation helps with the idea of work-life balance.

Review from IT Dept

Review from Legal Dept

Like the Medical and Dental plan..

Review from Engineering Dept

The 401K retirement plan that is available.

Review from Admin Dept

Nothing. It's average across the board.

Review from Operations Dept

the HSA and 401K match

Review from Engineering Dept

Pay and Benefits are good and comparable to other companies I've worked for

Review from HR Dept

Everything is good, nothing is perfect but good insurance and 401K

Review from Sales Dept

The company has a good benefit package and works hard to keep the prices low.

Review from Engineering Dept

Flexible vacation, as well as the health benefits provided. Perks of insurance in particular company provided pet insurance.

Review from Operations Dept

base + incentive gives something to shoot for each year

Review from Executive Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel slightly undervalued - more consistency with HR practices, feedback and giving goals to achieve a promotional environment would be helpful

Review from Engineering Dept

no flexibility, sales are doubled from prior year but increases are low per peers, No paid maternity leave, No paid bereavement

Review from Sales Dept

Employees often seek acknowledgment and appreciation for their efforts and achievements. If their contributions are not recognized or rewarded, they may feel undervalued. actors such as a lack of support from leadership, ineffective communication, or a toxic work culture can contribute to feelings o

Review from Operations Dept

Efforts and achievements are not acknowledged or rewarded appropriately.

Review from Operations Dept

The work undertaken is not proportional to the remuneration received, and many individuals have done work that they consider useless, forcing them to do some work that helps other departments

Review from Engineering Dept

My own work ability and intensity

Because the salary increase is small, we hope that the proportion of the increase will be larger

Review from Engineering Dept

I have not heard any talk of bonuses this year, after working hard with great results in HEE-Duall.

Review from Engineering Dept

I don't feel undervalued exactly. The pay has been sub-par since the bonus program was removed. I feel they are trying to rectify the situation but it takes time and it is difficult to support my household on my current salary.

Review from Operations Dept

to be acknowledge, appreciated, our ideas and suggestions heard, to have our skills and knowledge of our day to day activates not looked down upon as if we do not know what we are doing when the answers and solutions are not what GM thinks they can be or think they can do better.

Review from Operations Dept

To be paid an amount comparable to others having similar duties and responsibilities in the rest of the marketplace.

Review from Operations Dept

Taken on a significant amount of more responsibility this year with some retirements. Compensation has not changed.

Review from Sales Dept

I've had one raise at this company in 6 years, no overtime pay is made available, yet i'm having to work my tail off with a skeleton work crew. The compensation for the total amount of stress is severely out balanced.

Review from Engineering Dept

Pay needs to be closer to market valve for the industry I work in and also for the years of experience in my field.

When CECO acquired us they put a freeze on salaries that lasted for years. This put me substantially behind in compensation compared to others in my profession. Once merit raises returned they haven't been enough to catch me up. This doesn't affect my performance but I do think about it.

Review from Operations Dept

I believe the company pays under or on the low end of the market range.

Review from Legal Dept

I feel I am not compensated or valued for what I bring to the table. There is lack of acknowledgement and room for advancement. I believe there is some age discrimination. Management team is complacent. Iam passed over for any career enhancement.

Review from Operations Dept

Most positions at CECO require people to wear 3 or 4 hats at a time if you are a highly contributing team member. For this reason there is naturally a feeling that we could be doing 2 or 3 individuals work for 1 individuals pay. With this in mind I believe the pay for 1 job title very attractive.

Review from Operations Dept

Salary has not increased since date of hire in 4th quarter 2021.

Review from Engineering Dept

See previous remarks. Pay increase rates are below inflation rates so we are getting poorer every day. They expect us to work overtime to make up the difference. Also, overtime rates should not be based on if one has worked 40 hours of worked time, but include paid time off.
