We show up for each other when someone is struggling AND we challenge each other to get better.
I don't dislike the share system like some do because if I get stuck in a lengthy customer service scenario I make a bit off coworkers sales and it also encourages everyone to try their best.
The team sticking together in tough times when everyone wants to walk out bc of system issues; if the systems didnt work and they paid us fairly for every hour the systems didnt work then it would be better instead it goes against our numbers and we work for free

The best things about my team were my other team members. The district manager and his underlings barely taught us anything so that we could be successful during the job.
Everyone has the ability to bring their perspective and contribute to a true win.
We have a common goal that we all feel that we are working hard together for. Everyone wants everyone else to win. Great collaboration and intent.
