Company is shady, they push you to sell old or returned phones to customers after they have been checked by the back office people only sometimes to find out they have not! Management is poor and they target people constantly. Sad company bc the top tier of this pyramid has no idea on day to day

Co workers and teamwork on a daily basis bc were the only ones who are face to face with the customers

Always having each others backs, teamwork to help customers even though new reps are taught to not help and worry about your own numbers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managing, communication, fairness, diversity i could go onnn and onnn....they arent worried about you or your job and can replace you in a second
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team sticking together in tough times when everyone wants to walk out bc of system issues; if the systems didnt work and they paid us fairly for every hour the systems didnt work then it would be better instead it goes against our numbers and we work for free
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because we are undervalued; an app controls our money and only works 50% of the time so keeping track and figuring out bonuses is only available 50% of the time If verizon systems dont work and youre at work sorry cant make money; if our systems dont work cant make money
