Training is long and 45 day delay for commission is rough, but I'm averaging 25$ an hour in my first month of being a coded sales rep with nowhere to go but up.

My regional manager is awesome and wants everyone to succeed.

I haven't met anyone inside this company that I found a reason not to like.
What makes you most happy at work?
Discussing options with customers and choosing what works best with them, nudging without being overbearingly pushy to what makes me more money if it makes sense for them. Also downtime with coworkers isn't painfully boring.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't dislike the share system like some do because if I get stuck in a lengthy customer service scenario I make a bit off coworkers sales and it also encourages everyone to try their best.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My regional manager was understanding that I was pretty nervous and didn't write me off for being a little introverted and needing a bit of practice on my social skills after having a desk job with little to no human contact for 2 years.
