Hold people accountable for being negative and promote them to customers if they really are that unhappy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Look in the mirror first and quit judging others. A bunch of good old boy system "yes" people. Management is such a cest pool. And for the women in management that put their bodies out there for attention or whatever the case is...shame on you. Be a good role model for others. Get over youselves!
