As far as I know, the leadership is pretty great.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Cencora?
That the work schedule is crazy. I was told I'd be working 2 to 10:30pm. Sometimes we get scheduled for those exact hours, other times we don't get out of work until well after midnight. It's not the greatest schedule, but the overtime is definitely worth it.
