I always exceled, showed that i was a great employee and had a lot of promises made regarding my growth with the company only to be disappointed in the end because managers show alot of favoritism and already know who they want in certain positions

Pre pandemic they did alot of things to try to boost the morale

Stop showing favortism, putting people in positions that are not qualified and are unable to take constructive criticism

Probably not wasting your time since they already have an idea who they are gonna to place in certain positions
