I would say doing special projects.

My dental benefits and HSA.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has awesome people with great attitudes. They come to work, do their jobs, and leave.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is great; however leadership members tend to get let go a lot. The turn over rate is ridiculous.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was hired the same day. My interview went great. My interviewers were very friendly. They actually wanted to get to know me.
