- What do you like best about the leadership team?There are multiple mangers based on department however i would say they are freindly in general however there are some who can be too demaning and get angry easily

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay is barely above minimum wage, which, in light of the current financial strains makes things very difficult. We work to live, not the reverse and the positive environment doesn't make up for low wages.
