What are some of the best things about your team?Coworkers Its a family. We take care of each other. At work and off. Management Not much. They need to be there for their employees. Stop being yes men that go in get a paycheck and go home. Cut out the B.S not add to it. ensure schedules are done in advance and hold company to project timelines

What would you improve about your company's interview process?Should listen, and at the minimum try to change. Cut out the politics of we will be better, but nothing changes at least for the better.
