I was a new graduate and they threw me into the emergency department and i had no clue what i was doing. this happened several times i was even told by one of my coworkers that "i am not a student anymore" they set me up to fail, did not support me.

Management from the top down is awful. They have cut costs, cut salary, eliminated provider input into key programs, fired key providers, raised prices, and compromised quality of care. They have it totally backwards.
