The work itself and being with coworkers who understand what quality work is and isn't. We aren't just there for a paycheck or to make ourselves feel good. Humility is very important. I love the thrill and satisfaction of working hard for all the right reasons!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We need to get back to patient care and stop trying to make the most money

Why answer this it's not like anything going to change

There needs to be more focus on the customer and not the staffs personal life. The customer is more important and should never be neglected

I was a new graduate and they threw me into the emergency department and i had no clue what i was doing. this happened several times i was even told by one of my coworkers that "i am not a student anymore" they set me up to fail, did not support me.

Staff’s morale is completely crushed. Meanwhile we have more executives than any hospital I have ever seen. An easy fix to your money woe

Everything goes back to cutting staffing while too many middle managers keep redundant jobs

Corporate. Clean house. Put people in charge that have actually worked in the medical field.

Management from the top down is awful. They have cut costs, cut salary, eliminated provider input into key programs, fired key providers, raised prices, and compromised quality of care. They have it totally backwards.
