- What's the interview process like at Century Casinos?Pretty simple, from what I have seen if you will show up & can quietly put up with the racism & hate speech, you will keep your job.Depends on the department you are applying for, some are if you are breathing you are hired because we are going through, are short & can't keep people. Other positions I am sure are more in-depth.Pretty basic asked about previous experience, reliable transportation (ability to get to work no matter what the weather,) any health issues.

For some departments, your NRA shirt & MAGA hat would be best.Your attire should reflect the position that you are applying for.Depends on the department you are applying for, for some casual would be fine, for others a white collared shirt would be better & some your "maga" hat would be best.
