What do you like best about the leadership team?
they help if you have a problem, or need time off!
Head of F&B is a great guy. Hr director is amazing. GM not so much.
They try their best to make work more fun to be at but leave due to the pay

Good pay and benefits.. and everyone is nice and welcoming
We get paid & our insurance isn't too bad.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am very reliable but I am treated like a bad employee.
need more pay for what we do.
Better pay. As a hostess our casino pays the lowest around and I don't hardly get tips.
Don't say you are going to do something, or make promises that you are not going to keep. Don't lie too or threaten those who speak out about wrongdoing, threats or attacks.

Got a raise in pay, but my paychecks are actually smaller due to insurance going up so much. Even with paying so much more, coverage has gone down & what we pay for most medications has doubled.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Down to earth and wonderful people
Very nice and treat ya like family

Put there phones away and come to work ready to hustle .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are great and I look forward to working with them

Quick but it was very slow when I started .
It was simple and I had the job with basically no experience
They tell you what your getting into right away
Wasn't much of an interview process, they desperately need employees & I was looking for a job.
