Excellent family leave policy is all
Equity compensation has been fair.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comp is not fairly evaluated based on job responsibilities. Bonus is minimal
Cash compensation is not aligned with the market but there are plans to make this better in the near future. Total compensation package is actually pretty good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very talented coworkers that are truly mission driven
Team is supportive, challenging in positive ways, ellevate each other
Very fun, collaborative atmosphere and culture.
