What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really really enjoy the fact that they dont know how to do their job so i can lead myself
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating and obtaining results from junior and mid level managers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is great as are the holidays but no career progress after 40.
Excellent basic salary and holidays. Flexible working.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sometimes yes but I like it
What are some of the best things about your team?
i really like the fact that they all actually talk to each other and are just people in general instead of robots
Friendly and laid back but need to be more goal orientated.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i really think that the money trees are positive
The new flexibility in working hours and the ability to work from home make CERN more attractive to the younger generation.

What makes you most happy at work?
i really like minimum wage salary
Delivering on projects but they are not well enough funded.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
CERN has enormous budget. Instead of overpaying a few lucky well positioned individuals, it should cut the salaries (they will be still high) and Hire more new people.
