To the point of the other reviewer, the company is more likely to side against the accuser when issues arise. Be very very careful going to HR. Do not expect the company or management to have your back.They fire you ASAP. It won’t be labeled as such. It’ll be laid off, riffed due to restructuring, something benign. But if you have an issue, usually with a manager above you, the manager gets to stay and you go. Even if you’re getting harassed. Even if you are more valuable to the company. Doesn’t matter. HR circles the wagons around their younger, business-process obsessed managers. Keep your head down and save your money. CGI doesn’t have your back.
