What are some of the best things about your team?They are friendly, always willing to help each other out and fun
What is the best part about your compensation package?Stock purchase plan. I put in at least 3% of my salary, and they match that 100% It vest right away and I can cash it whenever.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Many good people left the company like this and it is difficult to get good resource from outside like the previous left out ones. This minimum bench period is not meant for senior director's and VP's. But the projects are forced to make use of junior and less skilled people to show profit
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The pay is not commensurate with the cost of living here and the annual raises are an extremely low percentage.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Upgrade internal systems, our old technology makes it hard to scale quickly.
