The pension and shares option is fantastic, the company matches 3.5% sage purchase each month adding an extra dimension to the salary. The pension is more than matched up to 8% with the company providing 10%. There are too many to mention

The pay is not commensurate with the cost of living here and the annual raises are an extremely low percentage.

No promotions available. No pay increases for federal workers which are very much needed. Cost of living adjustments should also be included.
Salary in CGI is below market standards. Moreover you will work 24*7*365 days and for that no salary is justified...
pay hike is dependent performance of Business unit , one person gets the project into RED then entire business unit gets the impact
Health benefits are terrible and pay is below market.
Benefits overall are really good. What is lacking is PTO, but more importantly Insurance. The Health insurance has such a high deductible it's like you don't have insurance.
