What is the best part about your compensation package?

Stock purchase plan. I put in at least 3% of my salary, and they match that 100% It vest right away and I can cash it whenever.

Salary, stock purchase plan, and benefits are fair and competitive.

My insurance is the best part of it and I had nothing else apart from that.

The pension and shares option is fantastic, the company matches 3.5% sage purchase each month adding an extra dimension to the salary. The pension is more than matched up to 8% with the company providing 10%. There are too many to mention

Company ownership/stocks which gives a sense of belonging and something to build and improve together

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay is not commensurate with the cost of living here and the annual raises are an extremely low percentage.

The bonus plan at CGI is far below market

My salaries should based on my deliverable. Onsite opportunity

Compensation is good but it doesn't includes any bonuses or Stocks

Better 401k plan, better pay scale, better growth opportunities

Lack of investment in their employees. Raises are always less than cost of living even when you perform well.

No promotions available. No pay increases for federal workers which are very much needed. Cost of living adjustments should also be included.

Salary in CGI is below market standards. Moreover you will work 24*7*365 days and for that no salary is justified...

pay hike is dependent performance of Business unit , one person gets the project into RED then entire business unit gets the impact

Health benefits are terrible and pay is below market.

Benefits overall are really good. What is lacking is PTO, but more importantly Insurance. The Health insurance has such a high deductible it's like you don't have insurance.
