Works culture was horrible. Federal Contractors were treated very badly and almost everyone quit. Back up your employees, not just your contracting agency!!

Interview/On boarding takes almost a year. Lots and LOTS of paperwork.
Nothing.. 90% hiring is from hiring manager family or village
select people with skills and knowledge .. dont select people based on religion and region
VP Consulting is hiring not based on Technical Skills rather than matching of the candidate with his wave length and ensure that candidates play subservient role

Many good people left the company like this and it is difficult to get good resource from outside like the previous left out ones. This minimum bench period is not meant for senior director's and VP's. But the projects are forced to make use of junior and less skilled people to show profit
Please stop focusing on KPIs and stats. Care more about the wellbeing of your staff and invest in giving your staff the best tools to do their jobs with.
