Review from Operations Dept
Many good people left the company like this and it is difficult to get good resource from outside like the previous left out ones. This minimum bench period is not meant for senior director's and VP's. But the projects are forced to make use of junior and less skilled people to show profit
Please stop focusing on KPIs and stats. Care more about the wellbeing of your staff and invest in giving your staff the best tools to do their jobs with.
Quality of service is poor.

Hostile work environment for federal contractors. CGI backs the company, NOT its workers.
Eveeything is going wrong im CGI india
CGI really needs to staff contracts with enough people to do the work, send people to conferences, and evolve with the industry. It feels like I have gone back in time at least fifteen years.
