We've had a lot of people leaving and thats a sign of something culturally wrong here. Sales needs to do a better job of evaluating opportunities. They forget /ignore what we are good at. We're staffing things before we have the right people and it's very frustrating.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interesting work and some smart collegues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do recognize people that are heads down and getting things done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think I am paid well under some of my peers and the market.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think Allie tries really hard to do great things for ChaiOne and help create a positive culture. She is amazing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part we have some really, really, smart, hard working people. I would have given this a 10 but there's a couple coworkers that just don't belong here.
