it has been good for me. Since I'm new there aren't a lot of details, however, it was good to be pushed to get my certification, and to learn new technologies.

I've worked with big companies and small companies; startups and companies well established. I like that ChaiOne is not brand new but but also that they are not old enough to be set in their ways.

I like that I have access to TeleDoc... Now I just have to use it

I like that we call out atta's in standup and the nice things that we do.

I love that we have casual meetings to just interact with and do things other than work. Flexing, Breakfast Club, Tuesday Talks...

I love doing what I do for work; the tutoring, the teaching, the leading is what I have wanted out of my job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How frequently they talk with us as a whole. I've worked at a few companies where leadership didn't know who I was nor had I ever met them and I didn't like that.
