More responsibility with no compensation and no bonuses. Possibly utilizing other methods to retain employees other than monetary things.

Everyone supports each other and is willing to back you up when you need it. Everyone is friendly and supportive.

Everyone cares about everyone and supports each other. We lift each other up and are always willing to support where needed.

The company puts on events to include everyone in a remote environment. They are very inclusive and support a work/life balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was able to negotiate based on what I thought I deserved and am able to continue to work towards my goals and achieve annual raises.
