What do you like best about the leadership team?
empowering and do not micromanage.
They are flexible and willing to work with you. They understand that the more they do for their employees, the more their employees will want to do for them!
They are so helpful and lead us with pride.
Entrepreneurial environment - horizontal attitude - no one is too small to speak directly to leadership
The team is in the business of helping people help people. They are all incredibly committed to this cause which is an incredible thing to be a part of.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. Staff will often get pressured with multiple conflicting priority projects from different leadership and no clear direction on how to handle.
Leadership itself. Communicating change, project management, treating employees better, scaling, big picture thinking.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
quarterly performance based bonus incentives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Executives to be more entuned
Compensation is not reflective of experience or the services provided by staff. Company should be concerned about retaining and hiring talent. It feels like the company is not invested in its staff.
Better vacation day policy would be recommended
there is no bonus structure in place

Super heroes each and everyone of them

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Clear understanding of end results.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We literally get to make a difference and change the world for a better place every single day, in every single sense. By helping so many organizations cope through our efforts, the satisfaction after getting them places is unbuttable.
People are overall very positive and supportive. New ideas are welcomed and encouraged.
Everyone is here to help each other succeed. Everyone also understands that failure is both a necessary and a good thing, as long as you learn from it.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More diversity. Give employees clear direction for advancement.
Better communication, community building, abolish the boys club and preferential treatment to certain departments

Our mission as mentioned above. And the team are talented individuals, which is a learning experience every single day. It's just the hierarchy that needs some restructuring.
