people who work for me make more than i do
I think my compensation (salary, equity, benefits) is low in comparison to similar jobs and my work is not appreciated.

We would work better together if they paid attention and quit gossipoing
I like my coworkers for the most part.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Turn on people have a great attitude and are super focused on the mission. We had some really fun team building and social gatherings @ HQ
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need all new employees and management needs to change to woman manager.
Negative work environment and culture.

Lots of touch points got to meet leadership in my role. I can’t speak for any other rol

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We could invest more Internal growth and fiscal management
I just feel overworked ,underpaid, and unappreciated.
the executive team is not familiar with a b2b organization and runs chariot like it's a b2c organization.
Not focusing on the right problems and horrible culture problem.

The expansion of shifts and positions within management
