Best team to work with, very supportive
enough time to implement features
When I'm doing stuff I enjoy.
Helping customers live their best life
Knowing I have a job to survive. And being remote.
Free flow of ideas and the ability to execute and impact change.
The business strategy is fantastic, client centric, and wants to keep moving forward.
The connection to the mission and stretch assignments available if I choose
Having the ability to help others grow in their career
In areas where a process could be improved, automated, or modernized, middle managers are often incentivized to grow their team or budget, regardless of impact to the bottom line. This has led to highly inefficient outcomes, hidden in the costs of doing business, and limits innovation going forward.
Limited growth opportunities, very top heavy organization that manages everything top-down. People have been in their roles for a very long time (10+ yrs.) and tend to dismiss new ideas / groupthink
Too much influence from external hires who are not immersed in the foundations of the company culture
Politics rules everything so do not bother

Seeing through the client's eyes had been replaced with the shareholder's eyes

Cooperation between groups. Stop the finger pointing and work together helping each other achieve.
I love the emphasis on servant leadership. I love how i was able to pitch an improvement idea on my 4th day and instead of leaders telling me to shut up because I was a new hire, this improvement was trsted that day before being permanently impmemented.
Chuck and the founding principles
Clean house in my division, being careful to retain those who truly value customer service, accountability, and innovation
Culture is silos
