Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The Key Contributor / RSU model is too delayed to retain talent. Change to where 25% vests immediately, and 25% per year the next 3 years.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening more to employees. Take care of your employees, and they'll take care of your clients. Stamp out autocratic & bureaucratic sub-cultures and lean into the Schwab company values, which are fairly good but not consistently followed.
