What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is personable and cares about his employees. The CEO also appears to be very open and caring about the company as a whole

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team aren't exactly the warm and fuzzy type. Everyone talks about how "friendly" everyone is at Charles Schwab. That's not necessarily true. Managers are not very friendly and neither are the team members.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The vast majority of people working at schwab are looking to do what is best for our clients and make the extra effort most reps in other companies wouldn't make.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Consistently running understaffed puts pressure on everyone and means work/life balance doesn't exist. Rampant and aggressive desire for diversity means that those who are in the desired protected class of the moment can behave and perform however they want with no consequence.

There were opportunities to see and "ghost" the job we would do. I spoke with people in all different parts of the company
