What are some of the best things about your team?

Chartio is the most supportive environment I've ever worked in. There are no egos here. Everyone is passionate for our mission and ensuring the success of the entire team.

We have great values in place that are lived by. I especially appreciate the value of "own your part and enable others". We all work hard to operate as one team. We help each other, but most importantly, individuals are held accountable for their own set of work so others can be successful.
