I believe the job of a Health Coach is one that would warrant an increase in pay. It is a hard job, physically and mentally and to be compensated better would go a long way for morale.

communication between supervisor and employees and HR, understanding everyone specific role in the company , neutral respect from higher level and hourly employees ( knowing we are equal)
