I was very excited to join Checkmarx but it went downhill quickly due to issues with negativity and bullying from HR and colleagues. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

They run a small company with great products.

Great WFH environment and flexibility.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Opportunity to speak with managers that understand the products and competitors.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked on sales and it was difficult to achieve my commission based on the lack of success selling the products.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The sales team are a diverse group of people that mostly came from HPE/Micro Focus at one time. There are also some that have great background in the appsec world.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The HR department speaks of open door policy but they stab you in the back and do not allow people to express honest opinion. Sales personnel are not able to achieve goals based on lack of marketing and genuine opportunities.
