Great WFH environment and flexibility.

Very agile company that adapts well to changes

People are very friendly

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Look at other successful companies and learn how they are able to be successful. Copy good business practices to grow the company. Exotic trips and useless perks like cooking classes do not retain good employees.
