What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Taka step back and look at what is not working and make a definitive goal to change for the better. Pointing fingers at the employees will not raise revenue. Point out what we are doing that is good and work on the morale.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Look at other successful companies and learn how they are able to be successful. Copy good business practices to grow the company. Exotic trips and useless perks like cooking classes do not retain good employees.
