Look at other successful companies and learn how they are able to be successful. Copy good business practices to grow the company. Exotic trips and useless perks like cooking classes do not retain good employees.

Taka step back and look at what is not working and make a definitive goal to change for the better. Pointing fingers at the employees will not raise revenue. Point out what we are doing that is good and work on the morale.
The HR department speaks of open door policy but they stab you in the back and do not allow people to express honest opinion. Sales personnel are not able to achieve goals based on lack of marketing and genuine opportunities.
