They need to have professionalism, a can-do attitude, Focus on delivering quality and not "clock-in, clock-out". The general approach is "I did what was asked of me, and no more". We are here for our customers but it feels like it is more about politics and process.

We need to get excited and celebrate delivering quality software in manageable increments to our customers. It has to be celebrating when enough customers upgrade/use our software. Not just when it is "released". Currently we are working towards reports and deadlines for external recognition.

Encourage and empower employees in Accounting to be in charge of their jobs instead of telling them everything they are doing wrong, micro-managing every detail and following us to every meeting. Stop documenting, writing up & firing people that don't deserve it because they weren't properly trained

Central is a complete disaster. Salesforce does not integrate well with CSM whatsoever. The egos in dev are completely unchecked - they do not care about customers whatsoever. Sales is consistently overpromising on a product that cannot deliver.
