What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open communication - we keep connected with Virtual Breakrooms that provide updates (and some fun) and "Coffee talk with our CEO" on a monthly basis.

I most enjoy that all our leaders are readily available. Our CEO truly has an "open door policy" - literally --- when his door is open (which is very frequent) employees are encouraged to drop by and talk.
