How's the vacation policy at Chewy?Depends on what part of the company you're in. If you're working in a Fulfillment Center as an hourly employee, you accrue a certain number of hours per week of Unpaid and Paid time off. Then you can use the hours any time you want. Salaried employees have "unlimited" PTO but they get asked more questions as to why they are not at work. I am not sure how other parts of the business do vacation time, such as the call centers or corporate employees in the FCs.
