What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their energy and passion for leadership
I like that they listen to our concerns and motivate us to do the best we can for ourselves

employee relations are not good enough

What is the best part about your compensation package?
salary and health insurance benefit
i have amazing benefits that i barely have to pay for out of pocket.
overall compensation package is acceptable, but work load is not
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
to much favoritism with in house hiring even if the individual isnt qualified
What are some of the best things about your team?
team member are mostly friendly and easy to work with
We are diverse, but we all get along and have fun. The diversity brings a lot of different meaningful perspectives in our environment
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better talent needs to be hired
meetings are worthless and a waste of time
more cooperation and team work is needed
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
some coworkers make it easier to tolerate the negative that is going on around you
the ability to move up and try new oprotunitues
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
less red tape and ability for employees to help shift culture
What did you like most about the interview process?
was interviewed by other supervisor that was much more personable
it was quick and easy, made me feel good about being there
very brief with a simple process
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
make the process less sterile and formal and allow interviewers to have a real conversation with candidates and not just fill out a form documenting candidate answers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
supervisor is very unfair and plays alot of favoritism
nothing is going wrong or needs to be improved
there is a complete disregard for employee satisfaction
