What is the best part about your compensation package?

The EAP benefits are the best part

I am part time so I don't have 401K

I enjoy my job until the team is broken by a bad employee

Earning pto continuously throughout the year

I like the employee discount.

Good insurance and a lot of pto time. One thing I think would be better is to have what you are owed for the year at the beginning and minus it out each time you take it. That would be easier to keep up with. Also if you leave the company,you should get the whole time earned for the year,minus taken

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I dont think it would be possable at this store

Pay isn't compareable to other retail stores pay rate.

Bring back the bonus pay not just for management

I will be working for this company close to 5 years now. I at least started with the chance of a bonus. Not the case for sometime. Now I literally am getting $10.50 an hour. What an embarrassment and joke!!!!!!!

I am an Asm with a GSM getting low pay for running the store, doing her job and mine.

If employees were paid fairly and equally

Most of these questions do not pertain to part-time workers. The part-timers in this timeframe of now are underappreciated by the upper echelons of the company. $10-$11 per hour workers is what is holding it together in the holiday rush. You are cheapening yourselves in many ways, quality and pay.

Base salaries these days should be $15/hr min.

We are given a bonus if we have a good sale. But in November of 2017 the company started deductions from our paycheck if there were merchandise returns from the sale. This has greatly affected our earnings potential.

My commissions identification code was never put at the register. A previous employee who happened to also have my name had her employee code listed, not me, and it was never fixed. I was temporary holiday hire, and it never got fixed.
