The company seems far too much financially vested in time consuming petty rules and checklists for its employees, written marketing details- acronyms, on and on, rather than straight forwards ways to brings in customers. The hired marketing companies make a fortune. Think outside the box.

Generally having in lovely customers.

Base salaries these days should be $15/hr min.

Some are great and helpful and instructive. A few, talk down to you without actually teaching/ training.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is generally a good company to work for but there are so many smaller things that hold back the company. They can't see the forest through the tress, at it were. And yet, it could easily. They could make themselves the clothes/retail version of Starbucks, if they would look at the big picture.
