Short. Sporadic. Inconsistent. Computer module training was a waste of time for a person already experienced in retail. Focus needed to be POS transaction system protocol.

They were mostly friendly and flexible.

The employees were generally excited about the merchandise.

Leaving . Going home. The premier discount. Getting paid.

Interviewers were genuinely interested in getting to know me, professionally and personally.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They were like an exclusive club, and I was an interloper. I felt like a child being excluded, but the teacher told them they had to be nice...that's how I felt.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My commissions identification code was never put at the register. A previous employee who happened to also have my name had her employee code listed, not me, and it was never fixed. I was temporary holiday hire, and it never got fixed.
