It was better a few years ago. Now it is going downhill largely because of online

Flexible hours and just enough nice people to make it bearable

I was complimented on my resume and felt that I would be a valued employee

Most of them try to provide support that affects our bottom line and in turn,our paycheck
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most incentive based sales staffs are a little dog eat dog and this is no exception
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Retail is changing. We are being encouraged to build customer relationships online but there is a learning curve and our hourly pay does not reflect what they expect from us
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are given a bonus if we have a good sale. But in November of 2017 the company started deductions from our paycheck if there were merchandise returns from the sale. This has greatly affected our earnings potential.
