I feel that plan is to high to ever make bonus. You just feel defeated after working so hard. I wish they were more realistic, especially now. We all need some good things. I also feel times have been tough, associates aren't able to buy like they used to. We used to have made, now we have none.

I have been here for a long time. I don't remember too much. My manager and Dm were great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and some of the customers. Corprate is not ,they are always put more and more on you, for not enough benefit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am not sure what team you mean. Our manager is great. She is the reason most have stayed as long as they have. Our turnover has been ,high but not due to her
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good insurance and a lot of pto time. One thing I think would be better is to have what you are owed for the year at the beginning and minus it out each time you take it. That would be easier to keep up with. Also if you leave the company,you should get the whole time earned for the year,minus taken
