What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with a variety of team members during the interview process. I also appreciated the CEO for recognizing a skill set in me that was different from the role I had originally applied for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Because we are all remote, it would be easy to just be "all about business" when you talk to your co-workers- but we all recognize that and even though we don't see each other in person often, there's a sense of camaraderie when we all get together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Lead by Growth mentality - our CEO is very vocal about investing in US as people so we can be the best in the world at what we do. It's not just about being the best company, but I know there's a focus on and commitment to ME being the best in my role.
