Working with people who are very smart and driven. Helps me grow and learn new things daily.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility and trust. Nobody micromanages me and I can take vacation whenever I want without needing to ask.
What did you like most about the interview process?
If we find someone who is great but don't necessarily have a position for them, we will find one.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Being that we're all remote, we have taken team trips to SF, Paris, and Ibiza, Spain. Someone said, "we came as a team and left as a family" - I find that to be very accurate.
