I think our sales team should not be led by a consulting company(Zs). I believe those who are not meeting KPIs should be held accountable. The Audit, constant tracking issues, Rate loading issues, and layoffs put a bad taste in everyone's mouths.

The struggle is with people who are unwilling to have a growth mindset, unwilling to change things for better because it may be difficult. Also contributing would be understaffed and overworked. Less people but the amount of work is only growing.

I am neither excited nor regretful about having to work. It solely depends on who I get the opportunity to work with that day. The work itself is great I just wish we had the support across teams and the pay to make our duties more achievable and enjoyable to accomplish.
I don't get excited if I have to go in the office.

I believe we are focusing on the wrong things right now and should be listenning more to the franchisees and what they want and need. I also believe there are some people leading the team that are just driving people away. Almost weekly we have someone quit, theyre driving good people away.
