Recognize talent, listen inputs and motivate team
Review from Design Dept
Matching the message to the actions.
Genuinely caring about their employees and not just profits. Wanting to retain good talent.
Review from Engineering Dept
Corporate identity, associate inspiration, and attraction/retention of top leadership talent. Leadership and change management through major re-org. VP+ accountability and alignment for delivering results and promised capabilities.
Review from Operations Dept
Transparency. New efforts to engage with associates are scripted and do not allow for real interaction or understanding of pressing business needs, priorities, and vision.
Less in comparison with the peers and based on the amount of work.
Review from Design Dept
My career development is directly tied to my managers. If my manager doesn't progress, then I cannot progress.
Review from Engineering Dept
Comp ranges need to be increased 10-15% to reflect market value
Review from HR Dept
When I look at the range for my role and I consider the work I have contributed to the team, I feel I should be compensated more. If you are going to ask for more from employees, they need to be compensated fairly.
Review from HR Dept
Knowing that others at my same level are making more and are performing at a lower level.
Coworkers tend to run in cliques, can see obvious bias against other coworkers.
Review from Engineering Dept
My last team , my coworkers did not want to work. I could not count on them to get what I needed , or follow up with basic requests. My current team is much better but collaboration should be mandatory. I do not like how everyone acts self sufficient.I would love them to share useful resources more.
Review from Sales Dept
Too many teams without knowledgeable members, and seemingly no inner knowledge-base to reference. A lot of time is spent acting as a troubleshooter for application or OS side issues that could have been solved within their own team if they took the time to research themselves
Would like to see co-workers come out of their shell. Celebrate diversity and be authentic.
Review from IT Dept
Become more open minded to input from others and more willing to learn from each other, share knowledge, and work with one another
Review from Customer Support Dept
More inclusive effort, value inputs.
Review from Design Dept
More accountability. Five. More Words.
Review from Engineering Dept
a real change management system - accountability for bad code and deployments
Review from IT Dept
Recent change has brought in uneasiness and groupism
Review from IT Dept
It is difficult to say exactly when we work virtually. The in person team meetings/trainings are valuable for someone to be inclusive and have the idea exchange is invaluable. That portion cannot be done virtually. The interaction that occurs in those meetings is more of an exchange.

Projects are planned, or rather not planned, with unrealistic deadlines.
Review from Engineering Dept
Commute times are too long.
Review from Engineering Dept
Work would be more fun/exciting if we had free lunch, snacks or drinks to get us through the day.
Review from HR Dept
The teamwork is not good and people are isolated on tasks. This could be improved by actually following Agile instead of pretending to.
Review from Engineering Dept
I think our sales team should not be led by a consulting company(Zs). I believe those who are not meeting KPIs should be held accountable. The Audit, constant tracking issues, Rate loading issues, and layoffs put a bad taste in everyone's mouths.
