What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It starts with management these women of full-time and they treat the part-timers who do 99% of the work like they are less than. They gossip on them oh, they called them out of their name. They go out of their way to belittle. They create a hostile work environment

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

A store manager does her best to keep the conflict from the old lady crew down, but she isn't capable no one is of making it go away. These people these women I'm gone out of their way to create a hostile work environment. While most of these women stood around gossiping, check the cameras

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There is a handful of women they've been there over 25 years oh, those women are in charge of who gets and when people call out sick. This is not about what's best for the company to them oh, it's a popularity contest. If they don't like you they don't call you in. The store will be short-staffed

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

It would be nice if when you went if HR had all the proper information they needed. I was there for my initial back to employment appointment and they had none of the numbers they needed to put me in the system. Nearly 40 minutes there and I ended up saying I'm not going to work here at the end of i
