Making customers Happy & satisfied
I love the many different facets of my role. I enjoy helping my Team, the Stores, the DC, and our corporate Team Members achieve company goals. I really like working with motivated, forward thinking Team Members and Leaders across the company.

When the customers respond to me. It makes me very happy. It feels kinda like family or meeting old friends. I love when they walk away with a smile and "I be back to see you"

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It starts with management these women of full-time and they treat the part-timers who do 99% of the work like they are less than. They gossip on them oh, they called them out of their name. They go out of their way to belittle. They create a hostile work environment

We are always understaffed, especially at the registers. Some managers should not be dealing with employees.
