I enjoyed meeting with several different Executives throughout the process as it provided insight into the role, company culture, planned growth, and different perspectives about what they enjoyed most about CTS.
I received an offer the same day I interviewed.

It wasn’t really much of an interview process so much as a “you already have the job so here
I am not quite sure what the issue is but it is common for paperwork to go missing or for information to not be put in correctly, delaying your hire. I think this could be helped if there was better communication between the hiring team.
It would be nice if when you went if HR had all the proper information they needed. I was there for my initial back to employment appointment and they had none of the numbers they needed to put me in the system.
